The Friends of the Rideau Lakes Public Library is a non profit organization started by a group of local volunteers. Membership is open to all supporters of the Rideau Lakes Public Library.
The Friends group aims to increase awareness and use of the Library, help ensure the quality of the Library programs and raise funds for the Library. Special projects such as the purchase of French books, book club sets, archival materials, e-readers, IPads and support of children’s programming would all benefit from the Friends fundraising.
