Tee up this September and help ‘Build a Branch’ at the new location in South Elmsley this fall. Join us at Lombard Glen Golf Club on Friday September 17th, for a 12:30 shotgun start with check-in at noon. The entry fee of $100 gets you 18 holes of golf, a cart, a BBQ, giveaways, possible prizes, and a great time with your team of 4. All levels of play are welcome; bring your sense of fun and funds for the silent auction, putting games, and ‘Giving Tree’.
We are open for in person visits at the Delta, Elgin, Newboro & Portland branch as well as a small set up at the Ronald E. Holman Complex . You can browse, use a computer and pick-up your items. Please follow the signage at your branch, wear a mask, sanitize your hands and stay home if you are feeling any symptoms. Thank You.
What does stage 3 look like at your library? You are welcome to come in and browse the shelves. You can stay a little longer when you visit as we are allowed to have more people in the branch at one time. Curbside pick-up is still an option.
There is no need to book ahead for computers, unless you want to be sure one is available, and the usual time limits apply (30 minutes if anyone is waiting). Our wi-fi is always on inside the branch and outside the building, except South Elmsley where we are still under renovations. Feel free to call (613) 35-5334 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or visit our Covid19 info page: https://rideaulakeslibrary.ca/learning/novel-coronavirus-covid-19/
July is an exciting month as we move into Stage 2 for library visits. You can browse and book computer time, curbside pick-up is still available.
