What’s New

Honouring Indigenous voices

June 21 is National Indigenous Peoples Day and June is National Indigenous History Month. Every day can offer a chance to listen and learn from Indigenous voices. Visit our new and noteworthy page for book suggestions or ask staff for recommendations for curbside pick-up at your local branch. Many of theses books discuss and reflect on the truth and impacts of the residential school system. We have started a hearts memorial at our main branch in Elgin to honour and respect the 215 children whose remains were discovered at the Kamloops residential school.

In-branch computer use begins

We are now offering in-branch connectivity by appointment! Book your 45 minute computer/ wifi session by phone or email at any one of our branches (except South Elmsley). Need help to book a vaccine or fill out the online Census? Ask us!

Printing is also available, with flexible payment options as staff will not be giving change.

This is for computer use only – sorry no shelf browsing at this time but outdoor wifi and Curbside Pick-up services are ongoing. If you have any questions or need further help email, call your branch, or contact us.
