How to Use My Account
To access your account using the Enterprise Online Catalogue, you may click on the link “Login to my account” at the top menu bar. From there, you will be prompted to enter your 14 digit library card number and 4 digit PIN.
Please see library staff or contact us if you have lost your card or forgotten your PIN.
Once logged in you are able to renew material, place holds, change your address and change your PIN. You can also send messages to the staff or recommend titles for the Library to order for the collection.
Placing Holds & Renewals
You may renew your materials in the Library, by phoning us or online through your library account. Most items may be renewed twice. However, material that is overdue or that has been requested by another patron cannot be renewed online. If items are already overdue, any fines (on new DVDS only) must be paid and library staff will renew your items for you.
You may place a hold either by requesting it of the library staff or placing a hold by logging into your online account. The maximum number of holds is 20. You will be notified by phone or email when your hold becomes available. Items on hold will be held for one week.
Please bring your card whenever you visit or use the library in person as this protects the confidentiality and accuracy of your library account.
