Computers, Internet & Wireless

The Library has public access computer stations at all of its 5 branches. We also provide free wi-fi high speed access at all branches. Just bring in your laptop and ask library staff for the guest password! Patrons are required to register with the Librarian before using a computer.
Public computers are equipped with various Internet browsers, media players, image viewers and editors and tools for burning or creating DVDS or CDs. They have Microsoft Office software.

Reserving a Computer

The public demand for our public access computers is always increasing. As such, patrons may no longer be able to drop in the Library and obtain immediate access to one of our computer stations. We strongly suggest that you call the branch ahead of time to reserve a computer. This will significantly reduce your "wait time." Each session is to exceed no more than 55 minutes.

NOTE: The Library neither accepts nor recognizes interbranch reservations. You must call the individual branch you will be visiting. If the branch is closed when you call, you will need to wait until they are open to place your reservation.

Public Access Computer Policies

Please adhere to the following policies at all times:
  • Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult in order to use the Internet.
